Your wedding photos are more than just pictures - they’re emotions captured in time. So it’s number one in my books to curate a fun, relaxed, enjoyable time whenever we’re together. This leads to the most authentic and true emotions, resulting in pictures that you can look back on with absolute delight. I take a mostly photojournalistic approach to capturing your special day (I blend in with the crowd and capture the candid moments), but I also incorporate posed portraits in order to capture each perfect moment. When you look at your wedding album, you’ll notice the photos are all true to you and the moment, and always curated with intention.
With me as your photographer, you’ll never have to worry about looking awkward or not knowing what to do with your hands. I’ll be there to coach you every step of the way, making you laugh and smile naturally, keeping you on schedule for the day as a whole, and documenting the perfect moments for you to look back on. I’ll blend right in with your guests so your photographs are truly felt, not just seen. It’s all about balance; getting phenomenal photographs AND having a phenomenal time.

The Full Experience
It’s just as much about the journey as it is about the destination. When booking me as your wedding photographer, I promise you fun from day one. I want to see both of you being completely yourself throughout the entire process, comfortable and at ease. I want both of you to be able to trust me 100% of the time. Open communication is crucial and the key to a good relationship - with your partner and your photographer. And I’d especially love for us to be friends! Someone you can be your true authentic self around. As an added bonus, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.
Your wedding photographer is the only person who will literally be by your side more than any other person on your wedding day. Well, except your partner of course! So hiring a photographer who has both a fun attitude, a naturally calming demeanor, and the style of photography you’ll be able to cherish forever is exactly what you get with me! I’m your photographer, and I’ll also be your therapist, your hype man, your coach, your personal comedian, and your best friend all at the same time. Weddings are a blast, and we’re going to have so much fun together. I can hardly wait.

Let’s Chat!
Literally, text me. I love hearing your ideas, your fears, and everything in between. I want to get to know you and your partner, so I’m not just your photographer, but your go-to for all things to do with your wedding. One of the most important things for me as your photographer is knowing that this isn’t just another business transaction for you, but that you’re ready to invest in me because of ME. I want to truly connect with you and your fiancé because your comfort really show in your photographs and because it’s a heck of a lot more fun that way! It’s about the experience, not the destination. So if you haven’t already, contact me and let’s chat about your wedding!
Save The Date!
I promise this step isn’t meant to pressure you, but as soon as you’re able to, book me. The photographer is one of the FIRST things booked for a wedding, and I normally book 8-12 months in advance (and sometimes longer) for peak dates like Fall, or for destination weddings! There’s only one of me, and dates fill up fast. To officially book me, you’ll need to sign your contract, and take care of your first payment, which officially reserves your date in my calendar. And then we do a little happy dance together, because this is only the beginning of an incredible journey in planning the wedding of your dreams!!!
Your Engagement Session!
Here’s where the magic really starts to happen. Your engagement session is a fantastic opportunity to experience the photographer + subject dynamic before your wedding day. It’s also a great opportunity to get photos that truly represent you and your partner, whether that’s at the top of a mountain at sunset, the base of a waterfall, the middle of the desert, or the sand of the ocean. I’ll be there to help with amazing prompts and poses (I know EXACTLY how to answer the question “What do I do with my hands???”) that will get you even more amazing photographs for your save-the-date, invitations, to print for you and your family, and more. And of course, it’ll be an absolute blast.
Your Timeline!
Every wedding is unique, and that’s why every wedding timeline is unique. This is where it helps to have someone who has done this kind of thing before ;) Together with your planner, we’ll create a timeline that will get you the most out of your time with me, while also reducing your stress and increasing your enjoyment. Showtime! It’s time to have some fun with your friends and family. At this point, all of your questions have been answered and I am right beside you and your partner as the day unfolds. We've done everything in our power to plan out the perfect, intentional, intimate, meaningful wedding day. So let’s enjoy and celebrate your love!
Your Album!
If you felt excited leading up to your wedding day, you’re going to feel equally excited leading up to the day when you get your final images. I deliver all wedding albums within 60 days and I’ll keep you in the loop on a more specific arrival date. Then you get to relive your wedding for the first time...of many. Congratulations! There are few things I love more than physical, tangible photographs, so now we can dive into the conversation of what you want to print. Albums, frames, thank you cards, coffee mugs, matching t-shirts, etc…the possibilities are endless!
